Your safety

Beaches, piers, boats and wildlife areas carry real risks. You are responsible for supervising children and following posted rules, lifeguard instructions and weather warnings.

Submissions

If you send us a review, photo or suggestion, you confirm it is your own and give us permission to edit and publish it on this site with the credit you request. We may decline any submission.

Business promotions

Businesses can buy a Sponsored listing on our Recommended page for a daily ($5), weekly ($25) or monthly ($75) plan. Payment is processed by Stripe. We review every listing before it goes live and may decline any listing; if we decline yours, we refund the full amount. Once a listing is live, payments are non-refundable. You are responsible for honoring the discount you advertise and for the accuracy of your listing, logo and links, and you confirm you have the right to use the logo you upload. Listings run for the plan's length starting on your chosen date, or on the day we approve the listing if that is later. We may remove a listing that breaks these terms or misleads customers.

Third-party links and ads

We link to other websites and display third-party advertising. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products or services.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rockport Family Fun is not liable for any loss or injury arising from use of this site or reliance on its content.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
